Our STORY

We are a Cherokee owned and operated company located in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Native Ink works with it’s customers to develop promotional strategies by providing high quality decorated apparel and specialty items. Whether you need marketing materials to increase your company’s visibility, or shirts for your next big event, Native Ink can supply quality results on time.

How do I get pricing for Native Ink services and garments?

We have a few ways to make it super simple. First, you can fill out a quote request online. You can call us at (918) 693-1806 to talk

with a customer service representative. Lastly, if you’re close enough to our shop and want to stop in… we will be more than happy to help you in person.

Do you have rush service?

Rush service is sometimes available depending on the time of year and current workload. A rush fee may apply.

When do I pay?

We require a 50% down payment for first time customers. Payment is due in full when you pick-up your order.

What is the proof / approval process?

On all new orders we will be sending you an art proof for your review. This proof will state the size, colors and overall location of your print job. Please make sure to look over the proof carefully as once it is approved we will be printing exactly that. Proofs are issued about 1-2 business days after all forms and art have been received. If you do not receive a proof in that time frame please bring that to our attention, as we are not aware you didn’t receive it. Sometimes wrong emails are listed or lost in cyberspace.

What is the minimum order for screen printing?

Our minimum order is 12 pieces for up to a 4-color imprint. 100 pieces for 5 or 6 colors. 144 pieces for 7 colors or more.

What is your turn around time?

Our turn around time for a screen printing order is 7-10 business days from the final art approval.

Can a design be embroidered anywhere on a garment?

If the desired area can be hooped and still move freely when attached to the machine, it can be embroidered.

What is your turn around time for Embroidery?

On a normal order, your expected processing time is between 7 and 10 business days, after sew out approval. Larger orders, multiple locations and individual personalization’s will require a longer production time, please make sure you are placing your order with enough time to process.
